Zipline is said to be 250 meters long and 300 feet off the ground. It is much higher as compared to Zipline in Ortigas though I’m not sure if it offers the silver surfer position. This Tagaytay Zipline and Cable Car is propelled by gravity which can allow you travel as fast as 60 km per hour.
