Yes. The visa fees are same for an infant or an adult passenger.

• UAE Visit Visa
  

For UAE tourist visa duration of stay depending on your plan, tourist visas to the UAE can be issued for 14 days, 30 days or 90 days for single entry visa. Tourist visas can be extended for 30 days twice, without the need to leave the country.

Tourist visa entry validity is mentioned in the issued visa. 

• Philippines Tourist Visa 

Visa applicants are strongly advised to finalize their flight booking only after the visa is granted. The Embassy will not expedite the visa processing to accommodate the applicant’s flight schedule. Processing time is from five (5) to ten (10) working days depending on the applicant’s nationality. Some applicants may require a longer evaluation period.

SINGLE ENTRY – Traveler must enter the Philippines within three (3) months from the date of the visa’s issuance. Maximum allowable stay is fifty-nine (59) days. The authorized maximum period of stay granted by the Philippine Consulate. If the applicant will stay beyond 59 days in the Philippines, an application for extension of stay must be filed at the Bureau of Immigration in Manila, or the Immigration office nearest to the place where the applicant is temporarily residing.

• Japan Tourist Visa

A stay of up to 90 days for tourism, business, visiting friends or relatives, etc. that does not include remunerative activities.

30 days and 90 days Tourist Visa: The entry and exit from any entry / exit point of UAE.

96 Hours visa: The entry and exit of the passenger should only be from Dubai airport.
